Terry is a business executive with deep experience as a hospital administrator and in creating and managing medical practices. She is committed to a variety of social causes focused on education and health. Terry’s charitable leadership includes serving as Secretary for Community Uplift Projects, Int’l, which provides funds for community health and education projects in south India. She is a former Board member for L'Elegance Cotillion-Beautillion, an organization that encourages and enhances the educational, cultural, spiritual, civic, and social development of high school seniors. Terry is a certified executive coach, which enhances her leadership, organizational, and interpersonal value to ROSES.

Rena is a customer service, real estate and project management professional with experience in multiple industries. Passionate about solving social issues, especially those that affect girls and women, Rena is a co-founder of MissionSaveHer, a California-based nonprofit with a mission to “educate international communities about gang rape and human trafficking while also saving girls, all over the world, from its clutches.” In this and other nonprofit leadership roles, Rena has raised substantial amounts of money and increased awareness of serious issues affecting our world – through events, social media and her various professional and personal networks.

Her responsibilities at the AAE involve overseeing the Association’s marketing, communications and public relations activities. She brings more than 20 years’ experience leading award-winning marketing for national healthcare brands, including three medical associations.

Aaron is Co-Founder of First Serve Tennis and Montclair Pickleball (two sports academies based in New Jersey), Co-Founder of The Pickleball Clinic (an online media brand), and Co-Owner of Ocuclips (a glasses-attachment e-commerce business). Aaron looks to give back to his community and improve the lives of those around him, and has held a variety of charity events for various causes through his academies.
